Friends

Sarah was so excited to see her friends today........I was too!! Note to self....no more tights in the sand. It was so great seeing our friends today after the Christmas break. At this stage in life they grow so fast and a month brings so many fun new changes. We got back from the park and Sarah said "nigh nigh Mama...." Thanks for the fun morning and visiting my blog.

Brrrrrr....what a fun Christmas!

I think this was our first visit to Arizona in a long time that we said "Brrrrr". We spent half our visit at my sister and brother-in-laws's cabin in "Happy Jack"...outside of Payson. Sarah got to see and play in her first snow. We had a wonderful Christmas. It was so nice to be with family and the cabin setting was perfect for Santa to land his sleigh. Sarah loves playing with her cousin Nate (2 1/2) and Uncle Matt but she couldn't get enough of "Geema and Auntie NeeNee". The kids did a good job of sharing their toys, only once did Nate ask me if Sarah could go back to bed.......and on the last day after sharing his house, toys and attention Nate confessed to his mom that "Sarah can be annoying...." it was too funny. ho ho NO!!!!!

Today we had breakfast with Santa ( and some good friends too). Sarah was having a great time until the "big guy" arrived.......she was NOT happy. Oh well...we will try the Easter Bunny....It was a beautiful day in Coronado.....love living here

We are so lucky!!

We had a wonderful morning playing on the beach. This was one of our first beach days that Sarah was not putting handfuls of sand in her mouth. I feel so blessed to have this time with her........She is also feeling very spiritual today!!

It's official

We are excited for Christmas!!!! Sarah is much more aware of her surroundings this year....this is our Christmas kick off post!! Notice Elmo made the beach trip today...at least it's "mini elmo" that travels with us.

Please tell me this phase goes away....Sarahs new name is "NO!"........I have always posted the lovely, charming , cute Sarah...well this little "NO MONSTER" comes out once in the while.....she also needs a "Noggin Topper."

What is it with this guy ELMO?

We don't eat dinner anymore with out this little red guy sitting at the table. I talk with girlfriends and their kids are the same way...."E...L...M...O"! I am not upset about elmo being front and center in our lives but I am fascinated with the love that children have for him...........Remember Gwyn? Paul wearing an Elmo hat at your birthday?

Monkey Business

Yesterday I had the opportunity to meet 2 little cuties at the craft fair where I had a display. They were such good models of the headbands they purchased I couldn't help posting their pictures....... here you go girls...thanks for being such polite , funny little girls.

Tutumonkey is taking off....lots of craft shows before Christmas so "Mama Monkey" is busy sewing tutu's ...here is one of my latest:)

Trick or Treat

We had 2 Halloween parties this year...one with our Moms group and one with our cousin Nate! I couldn't pass up posting a picture of Sarah's friend Mya....is she cute or what....Sarah loved the greeting part of Halloween.......she has the Bye Bye Kiss" down.....
