Ahhh got to love this Friday Flashback.....such sweet sisters. I am the one with the great bangs!! I was going to post a more recent picture of us too but couldn't find one of just the two of us. So, that will be my next project ,in October, when I see Miss R......or "Runny Roodle" as she was fondly called by my Mother as a child. She will be a happy 8 months pregnant and I am sure will be thrilled with a photo shoot.

It's the small things..............

My friend Tonya made me aware of Childhood Cancer Awareness Day today. She has an update on her blog of dear little Tuesday and her fight.

I am asking a favor.........My cousin's 16 year old son from, Missoula Montana, has recently be diagnosed with stage 3 Non-Hodgkins cancer. He is 3 hours from home in Spokane, Washington going through chemotherapy. He is a wonderful kid and gifted grafitti artist with a contageous joy for life. He will be away from home for 5 more weeks........if you have a moment to drop him a note or postcard it would brighten up his long days ahead.

WATCH OUT!!!

Okay, while getting my exercising groove back this morning (early)....my friend and I decided to walk in a bike race.............. Nothing was posted to tell us 100's of men in tight bike suits ( and a few women) would be sharing the path with us...........yikes...........it started out slow one or two bikes and quickly it looked like this picture. We made it home safe ( after 2.5 hours and a Charlie Horse) and hopefully my bum is a little firmer !!

Friday Flashback

Oh...... how great I was feeling before our Big Bear trip. I was really starting to feel a difference in how my clothes were fitting before I got derailed by a week of Margaritas , Fish Tacos and Ice Cream.....(and very little exercise. ) It is time to get back on track.....this flashback picture always helps me remember how great it is to have rock hard abs.......................runs in the family.

With orange being one of my favorite colors it is no doubt that I love this website....how about orange....go today and you can find out what color you are. We are back!!

Wow, what a great week!! It was so fun to be on a lake again. I love the ocean but I was raised around lakes ( Coeur d Alene , Idaho) so I enjoy getting in the water much more knowing that seals, sharks and whales aren't swimming with me........I prefer swimming with ducks and trout.

Here are just a few pictures from our week.........looking forward to catching up on my blogging. A week without a computer ....yikes!!
