What a fun day!!

Hmmmmmmm got to love San Diego in December
Singing Christmas songs to the Sea Lions

Later that night singing Christmas songs to all of our neighbors.

Oh man.......
I think I had one too many glasses of wine last night at our neighborhood Christmas party.......I am dancing like this in about 20 pictures. Secretly I want to be on Dancing with the Stars. When I bring out "jazz hands".....I know I need to switch to water.

Holiday Mullet

Nothing says Christmas like a mullet........
"business in the front....party in the back".
Sarah got some hair cutting scissors Wednesday and cut about 4 inches of hair off both sides of her head. I was on the phone and hubby thought she was playing in her room.........
well, the little beautician was in the bathroom cutting a way.
Mary from the Electric Chair in Ocean Beach (she is great if you need a new doo....she is the one that saved my hair disaster) was able to help us. She had to cut off the remaining hair...it looked too goofy to have a strip of long hair in the back.
The next morning Sarah asked ...
"Mama can I be on the naughty and the nice list at the same time?"........

Is that Snow?

No it didn't snow in San Diego but it felt like it might yesterday.
My Mom came for a visit and Sarah wouldn't let her out of her sight.
"Look Grandma.....watch me Grandma....listen to me sing Grandma...."
We had a great visit...come back soon.!!

Don't just sit there......

Come visit our booth at
Artisans' Alley
this coming Saturday, Dec. 5th!
This is the 37th Annual Holiday Craft Fair, Artisans' Alley in Coronado, CA. The fair is held on the corner of 7th and G Street, on the Village Elementary playground. If you are driving to Coronado, take the bridge, then a left on Orange Ave, and a right on 7th Street. Go 4 blocks and look for the big crowd on the right! and stop by our booth to say "Hi!" You could even bring a "man" (husband , boyfriend......??) with you because they serve food and you can walk on Coronado's romantic beach afterwards and visit the Del Coronado Hotel....just helping if you need a sales pitch.

Just a little nervous Mama

Sarah wanted to make sure we put her wish list in the mail today because
she got a "little nervous" yesterday on Santa's lap and forgot what she wanted.
The Del Coronado Hotel is so pretty this time of year
and it was great to spend the evening with special friends!!!

San Diego's Finest

What a full day ...whew!!
We spent our morning at a firefighters calendar photo shoot......... "wake up Dana"......Okay, our morning started out with a visit from the San Diego Fire Department to our outdoor Mommy and Me class. All the kids were so excited ask questions and learn about fire fighting and dinosaurs. After that we headed to the library and made ornaments for the Christmas tree. I feel truley blessed to live in such a beautiful place in November ........no coat.....no boots (okay my litttle monkey wore boots but it was truley a fashion statement).......just sunshine and the fun playing with my 3 year old!
