My friend Stacia is walking for a cure this November. Her good friend in Phoenix has breast cancer at the age of 35. She has a 9 year old daughter and asked Stacia to join her team.....so I thought I would help spread the word. To raise money for a cure Stacia is raffling off a 1 night stay at the Ivy hotel downtown San Diego and also a gift certificate for breakfast for two on the roof-top. These are 2 separate prizes so your chances of winning are great!! For any donation of $20.00 she will put your name into the drawing. For example if you donate $40.00, you get two tickets. And-if you have any friends or family that usually donate to this cause have them donate under Stacia's name and get entered into the contest. If you go to http://www.the3day.org/ you can enter the donation site and then pull up her full name-Stacia Gluth. This is a wonderful cause and what fun prizes.

I came across your blog from Tonyas. Your little girl is beautiful.
Today our entire newspaper 'The Winnipeg Free Press' was printed on pink newsprint. Every section, even sports, told stories of breast cancer fighters and surviviors.
I will be back to read more when I get a chance.
