In honor of my good friend (you know who you are) I wore spanx to the Zoo today. I nearly died of heat stroke......whew....it was about 87 degrees. As much as I appreciated my muffin top being pulled in I had to remove it 1/2 way thorugh the day. Note to self, no Spanx in the summer months......."Ah ha" #1
This (picture shown above) is how I get Sarah to wear hats. "Ah ha"#2
Yeah Celtics won!! Hubby so happy !!

On Sarah it is a good look. Of course on Sarah anything would look cute.
I'm glad that you had a nice day at the zoo. Be glad that you are close to the ocean. We've been in the 100's here in the Riverside area. Why did we ever move from Long Beach???? I need my ocean breeze.
Definetly don't wear SPANX in Riverside this time of year.....:0
Hope all is well!!
oh my. I've given up wearing them. Bring the muffin top into fashion I say. Muffin toppers unite.
and I say, there is no day too hot for the spanx. You are so funny, dana! I knew you were talking about me!
hehe....anonymous....I knew you would know who I was talking about......:) It is just the massive amount of perspiring that made me take my spanx off.....My muffin top was so happy I could hear her let out a big sigh....
Maybe if I drank a ton of water...you will have to give me "spanx tips"
I love the hats for the girls! Ari loves to be a buckethead too! So funny.
I figure it is all in the marketing. Instead of muffin top, I plan on calling it my Mommy Buddha Belly. Only mommies get these special bellies. LOL
Also, I finally did my 6 word memoir in case you want to come by and check it out. :)
Here's another mommy who never leaves the house without Spanx, at least if she's wearing a skirt or a dress, even casual ones. 87 degrees is nothing. It is something you can just get used to. I had some problems, too, with Spanx when I started wearing them, at all temperatures. Now I hardly notice that I have them on.
I love that wikipedia actually 'muffin top' defined - too funny!
Awesome hat. Braiden does the same thing... I put a hat on him, he takes it off, I tell him he needs to wear a hat... so he gets a bucket. Silly monkeys.
LOL Dana!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
I keep meaning to stop over and thank you for stopping by my other blog.
Too funny about the spanx! I gave up on them long ago and just deal wth my fatness. UGH!
i love the picture, and great tip. i've never tried spanx, but i'll hold off until it gets cooler for sure!
You definetly would NOT have enjoyed them (Spanx) on your camping weekend.......for those that have not been to Kelly's blog check it out..
